What Canadians are Eating: An Examination of the Canadian Community Health Survey
This presentation provided an overview of the CCHS data, including findings on the relationship of breakfast consumption to the nutrient intakes of Canadians.

Shape Management and Satiety: Protein, Fibre and Beyond
An overview of the data – from effect to dose – in relation to protein and satiety was presented, along with a review of emerging data on fibre. The effects of other promising nutrients were also provided.
